Aduno Group: increasing staff motivation
and efficiency

Aduno group successfully uses a customized wiki as a guiding instrument of its internal communication - tools for individual staff information, collaboration and knowledge management are provided.

Customer
The Aduno Group specializes in non-cash payments. The holding company has grown rapidly since 2005 and employs around 550 staff in 5 locations.

Task
Development of a new intranet to achieve a variety of communication goals: Aduno Group informs its employees quickly, consistently and simultaneously. The intranet is the key element of internal communication. It promotes a strong identification with the company and helps to unite different work cultures. It will provide a clear design and easy navigation and help to reduce the flood of mail.

Solution
An intranet is not created on the drawing board. First getunik analyzed existing processes and structures, researched internal needs in order to evaluate the best software solution.

The Aduno group opted for the Enterprise Wiki "Confluence"; getunik designed the surface and implemented the software.
